About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Strategic Enterprise Applications Director to join our team at PET VALU. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing our enterprise applications strategy, ensuring seamless integration with business processes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a strategic plan for enterprise applications, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Providing leadership and direction to the enterprise applications team.
  • Building and managing a high-performing team, ensuring staff development, engagement, and effective collaboration.
  • Overseeing relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring that external solutions meet our requirements and standards.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
  • Significant experience in leadership roles, preferably in a senior management position overseeing enterprise applications or IT.
  • Knowledge of Blue Yonder (JDA), Relex, Microsoft, Oracle, and similar enterprise applications is essential.
  • Proven experience in managing and implementing enterprise applications, such as ERP, WMS, Merchandising, and other relevant systems.
  • Strong leadership and management capabilities, including 10+ years' experience leading a team.
  • Track record of continuous operational process improvement and implementation.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $140,000 and $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
