Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Product Promotion: Promote our financial products and services to clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
  • Transaction Processing: Process banking transactions, balance daily transactions, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • Financial Knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of financial concepts, including financial management, services, and products.
  • Communication Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, colleagues, and management.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
