Job Title: Customer Service Representative

At Calculus Financial, we are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Balance daily transactions and process banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Promote financial products and services to clients, ensuring they are aware of the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Store, update and retrieve financial data, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
  • Answer client inquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning their accounts, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity and accuracy.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a customer service or financial services role.
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex issues and provide effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint and MS Word.
