Job Title: Financial Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Representative to join our team at Calculus Financial. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Management: Balance daily transactions, process banking transactions, and store, update, and retrieve financial data.
  • Customer Service: Answer enquiries and resolve problems or discrepancies concerning customers' accounts, and provide information to clients.
  • Financial Product Promotion: Promote financial products and services to clients.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a financial services environment.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Windows, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail, efficient interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
