Primary Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic planning process for advancing EDIA initiatives within NRR.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to implement best practices in EDIA.
  • Integrate EDIA principles into core business processes and decision-making.
  • Ensure that resource allocation, policy development, and program design reflect a commitment to EDIA.
  • Promote external engagement that embodies NRR's EDIA values.

Qualifications and Experience

We seek a strategic leader with proven experience in EDIA, project management, and stakeholder collaboration. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Equivalencies will be considered for applicants who demonstrate equivalent training and experience through their application.
