About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a passionate and strategic leader to join our team as the Manager of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (EDIA).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading large-scale projects, conducting research, and developing policies and strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.

They will be responsible for designing, inspiring, and leading cultural and other changes required to realize an equitable, diverse, inclusive, and accessible workplace at NRR and to influence similar change within NRR partner communities and sectors.

Primary Accountabilities
  1. Lead and collaborate with senior leaders, management, and staff on strategic planning to advance EDIA at NRR.
  2. Build relationships and collaborate with EDIA colleagues across government, community-based groups, and organizations to identify and successfully implement EDIA best practices and approaches.
  3. Work closely with senior leaders and managers to integrate EDIA into core people and business processes.
  4. Ensure EDIA is embedded into resource, policy, and program development.
  5. Ensure NRR's external engagement, partnerships, and service delivery reflect the department's commitments to EDIA.
Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with progressive managerial experience.

They will possess strong communication, cross-cultural competence, and consultation skills, enabling effective problem-solving through stakeholder collaboration.

Results-oriented, they will manage competing priorities adeptly, thrive independently, and excel in team environments on complex assignments.
