Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Longlac Pizzeria & Steakhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in various forms.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Availability to work 35 hours per week.
Language

English is the primary language spoken in this role.
