Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at FOUR WINDS MOTEL INC. as part of our food and beverage services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food at customers' tables, ensuring a high level of quality and presentation.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations based on their preferences.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Take orders and relay them to kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate and timely service.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Work Environment:

This is a fast-paced environment that requires standing for extended periods and handling weights up to 9 kg (20 lbs).

Requirements:
  • Will train
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
