Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Longlac Pizzeria & Steakhouse. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, and serving food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage delivery.
  • Upsell and promote menu items, specials, and promotions to increase sales and revenue.
  • Process payments and handle customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Server in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and stand for long periods.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour workweek. The work language is English.
