Job Title: Server - Food and Beverage Services

Longlac Pizzeria & Steakhouse is seeking a skilled Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers at their tables.
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in cash, credit, or debit cards.
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations.
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and organized dining area.
  • Greet patrons, present menus, and answer questions regarding food and beverages.
  • Assist clients/guests with special needs, such as dietary restrictions or mobility issues.
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Will train on the job.
  • Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
