Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing and Engagement
  • Proactively source potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, and databases.
  • Screen candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships with a pipeline of potential candidates for future opportunities.
Candidate Assessment
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, sales performance history, and soft skills.
  • Utilize tools or case studies to assess candidates' sales abilities and ensure alignment with the client's needs.
  • Perform thorough reference checks to validate candidate experience and achievements.
Coordination and Communication
  • Provide regular updates to clients on the status of the search, including candidate progress and any challenges encountered.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules between clients and candidates to ensure a seamless process.
  • Assist in negotiating and presenting job offers to candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to the client.
Market Research and Networking
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitors' hiring strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to keep a steady flow of potential candidates.
Process Management
  • Utilize recruitment software to track candidate progress and effectively manage recruitment pipelines.
  • Regularly review and refine the recruitment process to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Reporting and Analytics
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, quality of hire, and client satisfaction.
  • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment activity and outcomes.
Brand Ambassador
  • Represent Peak Sales Recruiting as a brand ambassador, promoting the company's values and commitment to excellence in sales recruitment.
Qualifications
  • 1-2+ years of Recruitment, Sales, or Customer Service experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Persistence and grit - not afraid of rejection and constantly looking to improve.
