VP of Sales Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced VP of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the digital printing or marketing, advertising, technology sectors or related field.

About the Role:
  • Manage a team of Account Executives and Account Managers
  • Contribute to current go-to-market strategy to ensure the team is maximizing efforts
  • Identify opportunities and develop strategy to effectively capture the Total Addressable Market (TAM) across North America
  • Provide guidance on implementing CRM tools and establishing key dashboards/reporting and processes
  • Provide recommendations on internal systems and processes to create efficiencies
About You:
  • Located in the GTA and able to go into the office 2-3 times per week
  • Have experience developing/enhancing a go-to-market strategy while also being hands-on tactical and client-facing
  • Have CRM implementation experience, ideally with Hubspot
  • Industry experience in digital printing or marketing, advertising solutions
  • Existing relationships with key stakeholders within Mid Market and Enterprise level Financial Services and/or Retail accounts
  • 7+ years of proven track record of success in sales leadership roles within the digital printing or marketing, advertising, technology sectors or related field
  • Strong understanding of omni-channel marketing strategies and solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, implement processes, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and drive results

Compensation:

$200k base salary, $300k OTE uncapped, plus benefits and ESOP
