Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor - Inventory Management

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Paul Kler Mini Food Market. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for managing inventory, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inventory levels, including ordering merchandise and organizing stockroom
  • Supervise staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members
  • Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
  • Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and responding to customer requests
  • Organize and maintain inventory, including tracking stock levels and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail store environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
