Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee a comprehensive suite of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Services, including Privileged Access Management, Virtual Directories, and Multifactor Authentication solutions.
  • Facilitate the successful implementation of IAM Engineering initiatives in partnership with operations, information security, architecture, and project management teams.
  • Lead a team of IAM engineers, ensuring effective distribution of project and ongoing operational workloads, as well as overseeing recruitment, training, and performance assessments.
  • Engage collaboratively with Cybersecurity Engineering, Information Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Centralized Technology teams to advance the IAM strategy and technology roadmaps.
  • Comprehend business, application, and security needs for IAM services. Guide engineering specialists in converting these needs into technical specifications and develop enterprise-level architecture and engineering designs to meet these requirements.

Technical & Professional Qualifications

  • Over 10 years of experience managing IAM Services, including the design, implementation, and operation of services, along with Strategy & Architecture, while leading a team of engineers in a complex global organization.
  • Solid understanding of IT finance, budgeting, and methodologies for estimating project costs and timelines.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, with experience in various third-party IAM solutions.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and protocols such as SAML, OpenID Connect, OAuth, LDAP, Kerberos, and WSFed.
  • Experience in designing, engineering, and implementing technologies including Privileged Access Management solutions like CyberArk, Virtual Directories, Active Directory, and LDAP protocols, as well as Authentication & Authorization for REST, Microservices, and SOAP, Directory integration, and integration with provisioning and attestation systems.
  • Strong awareness of the current regulatory landscape and its implications for identity management, security, and audit compliance.

Education & Experience

  • 10+ years of experience working with various third-party IAM solutions in a dynamic global environment, demonstrating a successful track record of managing teams that engineer, build, and operate mission-critical systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects, establish team priorities, and resolve issues through collaborative efforts across enterprise teams.
  • Excellent collaboration, coordination, and interpersonal skills, as this role necessitates significant interaction with diverse teams throughout the organization.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify and articulate technical issues in accessible business language.
  • CISSP or other relevant certifications are preferred.
