Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
1. Serve as a domain expert and technical authority in the realm of Information Security within the financial services sector, showcasing your hands-on expertise.
2. Collaborate closely with software engineering, security teams, and infrastructure to validate and implement innovative solutions.
3. Mentor and guide engineers, fostering their ability to leverage modern technologies and methodologies for enterprise-level solutions.
4. Engage in hands-on development of contemporary Identity Provider (IDP) solutions for critical initiatives.
5. Advocate for technical excellence within the identity and access management domain through training, publishing, and mentorship.
6. Provide expert consultation on a wide array of Technology Controls and Information Security programs, policies, and incidents.
7. Conduct risk assessments, define necessary controls, and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented procedures.
8. Lead or contribute to risk and control design assessments, articulating the impact of control deficiencies on the organization.
9. Ensure robust technology, processes, and governance are established to monitor and respond to emerging security threats.
10. Develop ongoing Technology Risk reporting, tracking key trends and defining metrics to measure control effectiveness.

Qualifications:
- Information security certification or accreditation is advantageous.
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics).
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and a strong technical background in enterprise-scale identity solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a proven ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
