Cleaning Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Jyllikleen Cleaning Services. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our facilities, ensuring that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Recommend or arrange for additional services required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
- Assist cleaners in performing their duties and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed on time.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
- Assist with immediate settlement needs of newcomers and/or refugees, such as housing, transportation, and childcare.
- Support social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees, such as facilitating access to community resources, language training, and skills training.
- Participate in a government or community program or initiative that supports members of visible minorities.
- Apply hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities, such as anonymizing the hiring process.
- Offer mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
