Key Responsibilities
  • Hiring and Training

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced individual to oversee the hiring and training of our cleaning staff. This includes coordinating with our recruitment team to identify top talent and developing comprehensive training programs to ensure our staff are equipped to deliver exceptional results.

Site Inspections and Quality Control

You will be responsible for conducting regular site inspections to ensure our cleaning standards are met and our clients are satisfied. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to maintain our high standards.

Team Management

As a Cleaning Supervisor - Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of cleaning staff, including scheduling, performance management, and providing guidance and support to ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.

Client Relationships

You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and develop strategies to meet their expectations. This includes communicating effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolving any issues that may arise.

Business Development

Support for Newcomers and Refugees

Settlement Support

You will be responsible for providing settlement support to newcomers and refugees, including assistance with housing, transportation, and other essential services.

Language Training and Skills Development

We are committed to supporting the language training and skills development of our staff, including newcomers and refugees. As a Cleaning Supervisor - Operations Manager, you will work closely with our training team to develop and implement programs that support the growth and development of our staff.

Mentorship and Diversity Training
