About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at Jyllikleen Cleaning Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our cleaning staff and ensuring that our facilities are maintained to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of cleaning professionals to ensure that our facilities are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the daily activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect and Maintain Facilities: Conduct regular inspections of our facilities to ensure that they are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Recommend Additional Services: Identify areas where additional services may be required, such as painting, repair work, or replacement of furnishings and equipment.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our cleaning staff are working efficiently and effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or facilities management.
  • Experience: At least 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in the cleaning or facilities management industry.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week.
