About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Systems Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations team, you will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new properties, executing processes, and conducting controls to facilitate the pre-authorized collection process. You will also act as the point person with utility providers, run automations to support the accounting teams, and take on other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup and onboard new properties, including creating property profiles and setting up unit/owner information in the accounting system.
  • Execute processes and conduct controls to facilitate the pre-authorized collection process to collect fees from condo owners.
  • Act as the point person with utility providers, including coordination with developers and previous management companies to retrieve all documentation required for utility bills.
  • Run automations to support the accounting teams in the Ontario Support Centre, with support from the Team Lead, streamline and strengthen automations.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a post-secondary education institution (preferred).
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Products, specifically Excel.
  • Adept with using technology to increase efficiency.
  • Data entry and customer service experience is an asset.
