About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Financial Systems Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and onboarding new properties, executing processes, and conducting controls to facilitate the pre-authorized collection process. You will also act as the point person with utility providers, run automations to support the accounting teams, and take on other duties as assigned by the Team Lead.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree from a post-secondary education institution (preferred)
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Products, specifically Excel
  • Adept with using technology to increase efficiency
  • Data entry and customer service experience is an asset
