Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively self-generate leads through various channels, including networking events, industry conferences, and direct outreach.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Schedule and conduct meetings with potential clients, introducers, and referral partners to discuss business opportunities.
  • Client Meetings: Meet with potential introducers, referral partners, and business owners to present the company's services and demonstrate value.
  • Sales Goals: Drive growth and work towards achieving quarterly sales targets through strategic engagement and relationship-building.
  • Conversion Strategies: Utilize persuasive communication and negotiation skills to convert leads into clients and secure new business.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of Security Sales experience preferred
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Adapt to established procedures and to help identify and solve problems
  • Ability to get along with other employees, follow directions, work under stress, add value and continuously improve
  • Demonstrates a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
