Job Title: Sales/Client Retentions Coordinator – Canada

Job Summary:

The Sales/Client Retentions Coordinator is a key role at Signal Security, responsible for driving revenue growth and client retention in the Canadian market. This position requires a proactive, strategic, and dynamic individual who can lead the charge in sales and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sales visits and focus on the sales process to target profitable, recurring revenue
  • Maximize existing client relationships to grow revenue by contract extensions, expanding services with affiliated properties, and annual rate increases
  • Maintain and develop a client and prospect database utilizing our proprietary CRM to assist with follow-up and actively manage your sales pipeline
  • Identify market opportunities and execute on sales accountabilities activities to generate new lead opportunities directly impacting revenue
  • Deliver presentations in front of small and large groups, including training sessions, webinars, and conference calls
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Net Revenue Growth, Revenue Per Owned Population, Same Customer Sales, Customer Retention, Daily Sales Outstanding, and A.R Over 90 days

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in the security industry
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets
  • Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
  • Adapt to established procedures and identify and solve problems
  • Ability to work effectively with others, follow directions, and work under stress
