Senior Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our team at myGwork. As a Senior Risk Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying and mitigating risks across our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with P&C Centers of Excellence to deliver an optimized digital experience for our people.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements.
- Conduct root cause analysis and provide solution recommendations to mitigate data quality issues.
- Create and maintain systems configuration requirement documents.
- 3+ years of experience working in HR Ops as a HR Analyst or similar.
- Deep subject matter expertise of HRIS (Workday Talent and Performance Management, and/or Docebo LMS preferred).
- Strong requirements management skills, including elicitation, scoping, prioritizing, risks/issues management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to get things done within tight deadlines.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary range of $81,500– 107,000 annually, and a bonus program. We also provide extended health and dental benefits, paid time off, savings and retirement plan matching, and a generous employee discount.

Workplace ArrangementThis role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
