Senior Risk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Risk Analyst to join our team at myGwork. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the effective management of risk across our business.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with our digital solutions.
- Develop and implement risk management strategies to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and testing initiatives to identify and resolve data quality issues.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design and implement systems configuration requirements.
- Translate business requirements into functional requirements for our HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
- 3+ years of experience in HR Operations with a strong background in risk management.
- Deep subject matter expertise in HRIS and Learning Management Systems.
- Strong requirements management skills, including elicitation, scoping, prioritizing, and risk management.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent streams of work with a drive to deliver results within tight deadlines.

Workplace ArrangementThis role is classified as Hybrid under our SSC Workplace Policy, requiring in-person collaboration and remote work. Work is performed onsite at least 3 days per week.
