About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Child and Youth Worker to join our team at Binkadi Community Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and address the needs of clients in group homes and half-way houses
  • Develop and implement life skills workshops to promote personal growth and development
  • Provide crisis intervention and suicide prevention services as needed
  • Supervise activities and implement behavior management programs to ensure a safe and supportive environment
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings to promote socialization and community integration
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • 1-7 months of experience in a related field
