We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Event Coordinator to join our team at Ticketmaster Canada LP. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients in all their event management needs.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed Event Management service level agreements
- Accurately input event data into Ticketmaster's proprietary Host system and identify and resolve event-related errors
- Work with clients, promoters, and internal departments to create events and distribute information regarding those events
- Establish and develop relationships with assigned clients
- Participate in on-call schedule rotation and provide after-hours, weekend, and holiday client support
- Perform other duties as assigned by Senior Event Specialists, Event Management Managers, or Regional Directors of Event Management
- 1-2 years' experience with Ticketmaster systems (i.e., Host)
- Excellent computer skills and data entry abilities
- Service-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to handle multiple priorities and accommodate a flexible schedule
- Certain degree of creativity, latitude, and problem-solving required
- Overall awareness of the entertainment business
- Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, including some weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, good organizational skills, and attention to detail
- Box Office experience a plus
