Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Associate Director of Alumni Engagement to join our team at Trinity Western University. As a key member of our University Advancement department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective engagement strategies to foster meaningful relationships with our alumni community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a successful relational engagement strategy for the global alumni community at TWU.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Alumni and Families to develop and implement an effective calendar of activities, initiatives, and events to increase alumni awareness and participation.
  • Steward meaningful relationships with alumni, inviting them to contribute to TWU's vision to equip graduates for life.
  • Develop and oversee the Alumni Ambassador program, including managing an existing volunteer team and recruiting new Ambassadors.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Alumni and Families to develop and implement an engagement strategy to increase the number of alumni legacy families.
  • Build relationships and connections with alumni at advancement (alumni and development) engagement events.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary degree required; Trinity Western University alumni preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in relational management or similar experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
