Requirements

  • College diploma preferred (BS/BA with coursework in Business)
  • Three to five years of directly related work experience in finance industry sales (consumer finance industry preferred) or three to five years of previous management experience
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
  • Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, managers, and customers
  • Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Self-starter, proactive, and display initiative
  • Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
