About the Role
This full-time position requires a proven track record in finance industry sales or management experience. You will be responsible for leading the overall success of the branch, growing the business, creating a best-in-class customer experience, and implementing people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintaining and optimizing branch profitability
- Growing the business by developing new opportunities and supporting client acquisition through multiple channels
- Creating a welcoming environment for customers and ensuring all their needs are met
- Implementing people strategy that attracts, retains, and develops talent
- Driving accountability and coaching team members to achieve operational, developmental, and customer experience expectations
- Leading change initiatives and ensuring relevant information is cascaded to teams

- Ensuring compliance with governing regulations, internal policies, and procedures
- Maintaining confidentiality of client information and complying with policies on customer confidentiality

Requirements
- College diploma preferred (BS/BA with coursework in Business)
- Three to five years of directly related work experience in finance industry sales (consumer finance industry preferred) or three to five years of previous management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, managers, and customers
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written, and listening skills
- Self-starter, proactive, and display initiative
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Compensation Package
The estimated annual salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive benefits such as health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
