Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TDOT TRANSPORT. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and recruiting and hiring staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and analyze staffing needs to determine recruitment strategies
  • Develop and implement recruitment plans to attract top talent
  • Source and screen candidates, and conduct interviews to select the best fit for the role
  • Prepare and extend job offers, and negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word
