We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at TDOT TRANSPORT. Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post job notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Screen and evaluate applicants to ensure they meet the requirements of the role.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Coordinate interviews and selection processes to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for all parties involved.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate the termination of employment process.
  • Recruit and hire staff to meet the needs of the organization.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
