Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team at BCLOUD TECHNOLOGY INC. as a key member of our HR department.

Job Summary:

The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, preparing and posting notices and advertisements, and collecting and screening applicants. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work under pressure, and have a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection.
  • Coordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and coordinate termination of employment process.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Work Environment:

The Recruitment Specialist will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and will be required to work under pressure. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team.
