Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify current and prospective staffing requirements and develop strategies to meet them.
  • Prepare and post notices and advertisements to attract top talent.
  • Collect and screen applicants, ensuring they meet the necessary qualifications and requirements.
  • Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment.
  • Review candidate inventories and make recommendations for selection.
  • Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews and assessments.
  • Recruit graduates of colleges, universities, and other educational institutions.
  • Co-ordinate and participate in selection and examination boards to evaluate candidates.
  • Notify applicants of results of the selection process and prepare job offers.
  • Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures.
  • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures.
  • Negotiate settlements of appeals and disputes and co-ordinate termination of employment process.
  • Determine eligibility to entitlements and arrange staff training.
  • Supervise personnel clerks performing filing, typing, and record-keeping duties.
  • Recruit and hire staff.
Requirements:
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week.
  • English language proficiency.
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and repetitive tasks. They will be required to work under pressure and have excellent attention to detail.
