Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Fat Bastard Burrito Co. as a key member of our kitchen operations.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient kitchen operations to meet production demands
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure they are following proper food safety and handling procedures
  • Coordinate food preparation and presentation to meet customer expectations
  • Manage inventory and supplies to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve profitability
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and safe working environment
Requirements:
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds
