About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Go Hansel. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Learn our systems and culture to provide a world-class experience for all customers
  • Maintain a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory to effectively communicate with customers
  • Stay up-to-date on technological changes in the product to provide expert advice to customers
  • Communicate with enthusiasm about our products to drive sales growth
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bilingual in Spanish is a huge plus
  • Inside Sales or Outside Sales Experience is also a plus
  • Customer Service Background is a great start
  • Self-Motivation is a key
  • Be available for a retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
  • Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a drug screening and criminal background check

Compensation and Benefits

The Sales Consultant position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $17.45, plus performance bonuses. The performance bonus may range from $0.00 (if baseline benchmarks are not met) without any fixed upper limit
