Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Support Coordinator to join our team at the Syndicat des professeures et professeurs de l'Université de Sherbrooke. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to maintain fiscal responsibility.
  • Answer electronic enquiries and respond promptly to requests from staff and stakeholders.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to inform decision-making and drive business growth.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure efficient record-keeping.
  • Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Experience and Specialization
  • Computer and technology knowledge are essential for this role, particularly in Sage Accounting Software, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
