Golestan Bakery is a dynamic organization seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary of approximately $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
Job DescriptionThe Administrative Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative activities of the establishment, including implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff. They will also establish work priorities, ensure procedures are followed, and meet deadlines.
This role requires a strong ability to multitask, with efficient interpersonal skills, organized approach, and reliability. The successful candidate must be able to train staff, oversee office administrative procedures, resolve conflict situations, and monitor and evaluate performance.
In addition, the Administrative Manager will assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls. They will also co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
The ideal candidate will possess computer and technology knowledge, specifically MS Excel, MS Office, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, and Google Drive. They should also have experience working in a similar role, with 1-2 years of experience preferred.
