Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Easylife Multiservices ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Plan and control budget and expenditures, ensuring accurate financial records and compliance with company policies.
  • Supervision: Supervise other workers, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Communication: Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, and schedule and confirm appointments.
  • Contract Management: Manage contracts, ensuring timely renewal and compliance with company policies.
  • Customer Service: Answer electronic enquiries, respond to employee questions and complaints, and provide general administrative support.
  • Reporting: Oversee the preparation of reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, related itineraries, and make reservations, ensuring smooth travel arrangements.
  • Front Desk: Greet people, direct them to contacts or service areas, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
  • Document Management: Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and effective team management.
Requirements
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
