About the Role

NutrizA Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeping Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our financial operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee the preparation and submission of financial reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Team Leadership: Train and supervise bookkeeping staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of financial equipment and software, coordinating maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Financial Transactions: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate activities with other work units or departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures, ensuring efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role.
