Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At Alberta Ltd., we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our food service department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate and manage inventory levels to ensure adequate supplies of ingredients and equipment.
  • Quality Control: Monitor and maintain quality control standards for food and service, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other key performance indicators.
  • Scheduling: Establish and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast food outlet or concession.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Schedule: 30 to 35 hours per week.
