Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively participate in estimating turnover and pre-construction meetings to ensure accurate project planning and execution.
  • Support the project Foreperson by developing a strong working relationship and providing project execution guidance for assigned projects.
  • Effectively manage the labor workforce on assigned projects to ensure efficient resource allocation and timely completion.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate monthly financial forecasts to inform project decision-making and optimize resource utilization.
  • Built relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to review contracts for scope and ensure projects are completed to standards.
  • Attend client and construction meetings to disseminate information to stakeholders and facilitate effective communication.
  • Conduct regular job site progress walks to monitor progress and ensure adherence to schedule.
  • Prepare RFIs, change orders, change directives, and other necessary documentation for smooth site operations.
  • Assist in the estimation process as needed to support project feasibility analysis and bid development.
  • Evaluate and enforce ELH Mechanical's safety standards to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Participate in project reviews to identify areas for improvement and enhance overall project performance.

Qualifications and Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in construction project management, preferably with a focus on mechanical systems.
  • Ability to interpret site and building plans and specifications to inform project decisions.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks based on demand and deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of contract terms and conditions to ensure compliant project delivery.
  • Familiarity with project financial controls to optimize resource allocation and minimize costs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel to effectively manage project documentation and data analysis.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year.
