We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Receptionist to join our team at ALL OUT IMMIGRATION CONSULTING AND RECRUITMENT AGENCY INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a professional and welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming and outgoing mail, answer phone calls, and relay messages.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, perform data entry, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks.
- Computer and Technology: Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, and MS Word.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent written communication, efficient interpersonal skills, and ability to multitask.

- 30-44 hours per week
