About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team at Performance Mercedes-Benz. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles and features to customers
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent education
  • Minimum 1-3 years of automotive sales experience, with a focus on luxury sales
  • Valid Ontario driver's license and good driving record
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
