Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is a leading investment and wealth management firm that values collaboration and innovation. We are seeking a talented and self-directed individual to join our team as an Associate Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide proactive advice and support to clients and Investment Advisors to deepen relationships and welcome new clients.
  • Identify new opportunities and help grow the business through asset consolidation and referrals.
  • Nurture and manage relationships with Centers of Influence (COIs) and RBC partners.
  • Support the advisory team and clients throughout the Wealth Management process, coordinating activities with internal specialists and managing documentation.
Requirements
  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with IIROC.
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course or Investment Management Techniques (IMT).
  • 5 years or more of professional experience within the investment industry.
  • University degree.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong skills working with business applications/technology, including Microsoft Office Suite.
