About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Office Equipment Service Technician to join our team at Durabuilt Windows & Doors. As an Office Equipment Service Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office equipment, including printers, copiers, and other electronic devices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Inspection and Maintenance: Regularly inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to ensure they are functioning properly.
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults, and perform repairs or replacements as needed.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Complete work orders, test, and maintenance reports to document equipment status and maintenance activities.
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor other electronic equipment service technicians to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education: A college or CEGEP diploma in a related field, such as electronics or computer science.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of electronic equipment and assemblies.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required, with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
  • Work Schedule: 32 hours per week, with a regular schedule and occasional overtime as needed.
