Job Title: Field Service Technician - Mechanical Equipment Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Technician to join our team in Winnipeg or Calgary. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical equipment at customer sites.

Responsibilities:

* Install and maintain laser cutting and sawing machines
* Perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on equipment
* Document all service performed and maintain accurate records
* Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
* Demonstrate company software capabilities to customers
* Prepare timesheets, service reports, and installation forms
* Maintain a safe work environment and operate within OSHA/MIOSHA guidelines

Requirements:

* Canadian citizen based in Winnipeg or Calgary
* Ability to travel freely between Canada and the US
* Strong electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical knowledge
* High School Diploma required, Associate Degree in a technical discipline preferred
* 2-4 years of experience in a similar technical position
* At least one year of experience in a customer service role
* Ability to travel 90% as assigned by management
* Valid Driver's License with no more than two (2) points on a driving record within a three (3) year period
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Ability to understand and use I/O structure for technical troubleshooting purposes
