Job Title: Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team at Newline Carriers Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
  • Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate authority
  • Establish financial and administrative controls and approve promotional campaigns
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in operations management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
