Job SummaryThe Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes allocating resources, coordinating work, and establishing objectives for the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs
- Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
- Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
- Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs
- Represent the organization in negotiations or other official functions
- Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
- Establish financial and administrative controls and approve overall human resources planning
- 5-10 years of experience in operations management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
