Head of Asset Management

Binance, the leading global blockchain ecosystem and cryptocurrency infrastructure provider, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Asset Management to join our team.
About the Role:
We are looking for a seasoned professional to oversee the development and implementation of our asset management strategy, ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in anti-financial crime and experience in leading high-risk monitoring teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive asset management strategy, ensuring rigorous compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Lead the development and optimization of a transaction monitoring program, focusing on policy efficacy and improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Data, Engineering, Product, and Legal, to ensure compliance with global standards and industry-leading practices.
- Analyze and ensure compliance with various laws, including BSA/AML, OFAC, FATF Guidelines, and other related financial regulations.
- Conduct thorough blockchain analytics to identify trends and patterns, and detect and counter suspicious activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Minimum of 8 years anti-financial crime-related experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role.
- In-depth experience in Financial Intelligence or High-Risk Monitoring verticals.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, advanced analytical, and time management skills.
- Knowledge of local laws, directives, and upcoming regulation of virtual currency policies.
