We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Insurance Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, growing our client base, and promoting insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop leads, schedule appointments, and identify customer needs to market appropriate products and services.
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
  • Assist clients with billing issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Obtain and maintain an OTL (General Insurance License) within one month of hire date.
  • Serve clients, assess their needs, promote insurance products, and help members and clients choose coverage.
  • Prepare quotes and issue insurance contracts.
  • Follow up on files, analyze renewals requiring special underwriting, and correct contracts as needed.
  • Respond to information requests and amend contracts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
