Job Summary
The Talent and Development Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting our production team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for assisting with the consistent and effective application of Human Resources policies, procedures, and practices for all Team Members.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support and coordination in Employee Relations, Recruitment, Health and Safety, Time and Attendance, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Assist with the oversight of all agency communications and coordinate interviews with Agencies and Operations Leaders to ensure Key Role Candidates have the required skill set, availability, and attitude to work within the appropriate plant.
- Work closely with Operations Leaders and T&D to determine current and upcoming Staffing needs.
- Manage and oversee all training required documentation for Key Roles and track and monitor all temp agency orders.
- Act as a liaison between Manufacturing, Team Members, Talent and Development, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and challenges.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years related experience in Human Resources in a Manufacturing Environment or Warehouse.
- Strong understanding of employment legislation specific to Ontario, including the Employment Standards Act and Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Good understanding/working knowledge of HR policies/procedures and employee relations.
- Proven competency in the operation of key office software and productivity tools, including MS Office and HRIS.
